About 1946 CEF

The 1946 Cynthia Elaine Foundation Inc. was established in 2025 in Jacksonville Florida to honor the life and legacy of Cynthia Elaine. Grounded in the values she lived every day, the foundation exists to serve with integrity, compassion, and purpose.​ 

 

Cynthia Elaine was known for her quiet strength generosity and unwavering commitment to caring for others. She supported organizations causes and communities with humility and love never seeking recognition. Her legacy is one of service, faith, and action.

The foundation continues that legacy by supporting the same types of communities and initiatives Cynthia fiercely believed in. Through advocacy, education, and community partnerships we work to uplift individuals and families facing life altering challenges.
